Shipping & Handling?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping occurs twice a week depending on order volume.

We offer a variety of shipping services and speeds. In the checkout process, you can review personalized cost and delivery options based on your address and the products you have selected.

Damages or Issues? 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 🖤🌹

Pre-Orders & Custom Order Shipping?

Made-to-order items and custom orders take between 4-8 weeks to process before shipping out, unless stated otherwise. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If your custom order or personalized item requires back-and-forth communication, the creation timeline begins once both parties are satisfied with the plan to move forward. (Once we have both discussed and agreed to the order is when the "clock" begins, not when you initially request the custom.)

Returns & Exchanges?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), gift cards, or sale items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. See our full Refund Policy here.
